All orders placed by customers constitute an offer to purchase subject to acceptance by SKJ Trading.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in the currency specified and are exclusive of applicable taxes, duties, customs fees, and shipping charges unless otherwise stated.

Payment terms will be agreed upon before order confirmation and must be fulfilled within the specified timeframe.

5. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk

We arrange shipment of goods via freight forwarders or carriers as agreed.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, transport issues, or force majeure are beyond our control.
Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon handover to the carrier at the shipping point.

6. Import/Export Compliance

The buyer is responsible for compliance with all import/export laws, customs duties, licenses, and permits required in the destination country.
SKJ Trading is not liable for any penalties, delays, or losses arising from non-compliance by the buyer.

7. Returns and Claims

Due to the nature of wholesale and import/export, returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect products confirmed by inspection.
Claims must be reported in writing within 5 days of receipt of goods, with supporting evidence such as photos or inspection reports.
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods and determine eligibility for refund, replacement, or credit.

8. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, product images, and content remain the property of their respective owners and are used under authorization.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of intellectual property is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

Except as required by law, SKJ Trading’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods supplied.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from business interruptions, loss of profits, or third-party claims.

All business information, pricing, and trade terms exchanged between parties are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties without written consent.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or related transactions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or, failing that, by arbitration or courts in Hong Kong SAR.
