Refund Policy
SKJ Trading International Co., Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is a wholesale trading company specializing in the import and export of branded skincare, cosmetics, and related products. Due to the nature of our business and the products we supply, our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while protecting the company’s interests.
1. Wholesale Sales Only
Our products are sold exclusively for wholesale and commercial purposes. All sales are final except as otherwise stated in this Refund Policy.
2. No General Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or any reasons other than those explicitly stated herein.
3. Defective or Damaged Goods
- Claims for defective, damaged, or incorrect products must be reported in writing within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt.
- Reports must include detailed descriptions and photographic evidence of the issue.
- We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods or require an independent inspection report.
4. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
- Only confirmed defective or incorrect items will be eligible for a refund, replacement, or credit at our discretion.
- Refunds will be limited to the purchase price of the affected goods and do not include shipping, customs duties, taxes, or any other related costs.
5. Return Procedure
- No goods may be returned without prior written authorization from SKJ Trading.
- Authorized returns must be shipped back to us within 14 calendar days of receiving return approval, at the buyer’s expense, and in original packaging and condition.
- We are not responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.
6. Shipping Damage Claims
- Any damage incurred during shipping must be reported immediately to the carrier and SKJ Trading upon receipt of goods.
- The buyer is responsible for filing claims with the carrier; we will assist but are not liable for shipping damage claims.
7. Non-Refundable Products
Certain products may be non-refundable due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons, including but not limited to opened or used cosmetics and skincare items.
8. Cancellation Policy
- Order cancellations must be requested in writing prior to shipment confirmation.
- Once goods have shipped, cancellations are not accepted.
9. Limitation of Liability
- SKJ Trading’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement or refund of defective goods in accordance with this policy.
- We disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, and are not liable for any consequential or incidental damages.
